Q40: Can I cancle K1 and go for K3 if I decide to get married first , and how?
A40: Yes you might withdraw K1 and apply K3 after you get married. You have to contact CIS, NVC or your local embassy with your case number to withdraw your case. However, we don't suggest you do so because K3 take just as much time as K1, if not more.
