Q30: When is the official date for NOA1?
A30: NOA1 is just a notice which states the CIS has recieved your I-129F. The official name for NOA1 is I-797 which is mailed to you and has a date on it. You can use that date as your official NOA1 date. Related topics: Question added on Augus 25, 2006 |
