Answer:
If you are filing for K1/K2 visa(I-129F), you don't need your tax return until the interview. Only the most year's tax return is required. However, if you file in I-130, you might need three years of tax return form.

We suggest you to be perpared for three most recent years tax return alone with your nortrized I-134.
