Your case will be transferred from USCIS to NVC for a background name check after the approval. (usually takes about a week or so.)
The process of name check could take anywhere from two weeks to four weeks. In some rare cases, applicant will need to have a doble name check which might delay the entire process.
Once the background check is complete, your case will then be sent to your local embassy or consulate. In some countries, there is a delay for custom clear which might take up to one month.
About one week after your case arrived in your local embassy or consulate, your fiane(e) can expect his/her package3.
