Answer:
NOA2: Notice of approval. That means your visa application has been approved by USCIS.
Shortly after that, your case will be transferred to NVC for background check. And once that process is done, the entire package will be sent to your fiane(e)'s local embassy or consulate to arrange an interview date.
You do not need to do anything amount this matter. You can, however, start to collect evidences to perpare the up coming interview for your fiane(e).
